The December module “Organizations and Management in Global Context” was truly interactive and informative. Kingston/RANEPA EMBA students learned from Kingston University professors about team processes, motivating across cultures, influencing and negotiating, judgement in a crisis, leveraging networks, leading global teams, organizational culture, talent management, leading change, etc.
