The December module “Organizations and Management in Global Context” was truly interactive and informative. Kingston/RANEPA EMBA students learned from Kingston University professors about team processes, motivating across cultures, influencing and negotiating, judgement in a crisis, leveraging networks, leading global teams, organizational culture, talent management, leading change, etc.
As a part of their studies, students of international business education programmes have regular master classes and experience sharing sessions from leading local top managers and industry experts.
In December 2020 the EMBA cohort had a unique chance to meet with and talk to highly reputable HR professionals:
Svetlana Kuzminyh, HR and Organization Development Director, T PLUS, with a master class “10 myths about HR function, people and culture”
Marina Pochinok, HR consultant, Forbes columnist, Ex-VP Workforce and Volunteers, Sochi-2014, with an experience sharing session “Performance conversations”
Many thanks for the open dialogue, topnotch expert knowledge and the opportunity to meet and discuss face2face, which is so precious these days..!
