Kenisha completed her PhD in Management at Royal Holloway, University of London. Her doctoral thesis examined the topic of workforce diversity and inclusion in the Metropolitan Police Service. Kenisha also conducts research on the transcultural competence of British expatriates and migrant workers in Caribbean nations, and is engaged in various collaborative research projects in the areas of cross-cultural management, strategic human resource development, and diversity.
Prior to her PhD studies, she completed an MSc in International Management at the University of Essex, UK and a BBA in Marketing & International Business at the University of Technology, Jamaica.
