Andrew has a very broad range of global HR experience and a strong track record of significant business achievement. For over 25 years he has combined his corporate HR career with highly successful part-time teaching at a variety of universities and business schools, both in the UK and overseas.
In early 2016, Andrew left his corporate role to focus more time on his teaching and freelance HR consulting roles. He has worked in such companies as Capgemini, Ernst and Young and NatWest and has specialised in Talent Management, Learning and Development, and Leadership but his experience extends to many other fields, including recruitment, performance management, and assessment and selection.
Andrew has a wide experience of the use of technology to support HR and Learning and has written for magazines and journals, and is a regular speaker at conferences and events.
He has also conducted several published research projects with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). Andrew was awarded a Fellowship by the Institute of Financial Services for his services to education and is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
